Teen Ambassadors

An employment opportunity for 9th-12th graders living in the Madison, WI area.

The Teen Ambassadors program is your chance to gain the financial knowledge, job skills, and entrepreneurial mindset you need to succeed as an adult. As a Teen Money Mentor, you’ll teach your peers about financial wellness topics such as budgeting, saving, and investing through fun workshops. Plus, as a Teen Product Manager, you will design and sell business in a box kits that youth actually want. This program helps you build important leadership skills while making a real difference in financial education for your generation. Take charge of your financial future!

  • Earn up to 5 Madison Metropolitan School District or Sun Prairie School District high school credits

  • Strengthen critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Extra work opportunities throughout the year

  • Hiring Day
    Saturday, October 5, 10:00am- 12:00pm
  • Workday Dates:
    Wednesdays, October 16 – December 18
  • Workday Time:
    4:45pm-7:45pm (3 hours/ week)
  • Opportunities for Extra Work:
    Occasional additional weeknights or weekends opportunities offered based on community requests for financial wellness presentations or event tabling.
  • Wages:
    NEW Teens Ambassadors- $14.00/ hour OR Returning Teen Ambassadors- $14.50/ hour
